OUR DAILY BREATHis a curated, calming experience for deep feelers who need a safe place to land and understand our anxiety and its evolutionary purpose. This is where we take the time for practical action, move beyond our “fixation of fixing” our feelings, numbing and running from the uncomfortable. This breathing space guides you in practices, circles and self-ceremony where we lighten and carry each other – holding hands in the dark and wounded places and exploring new channels of feeling our wholeness. We are an inclusive, non-judgmental, trauma-informed space rooted in both science-based practices and soul work for feeling through anxiety with a deeper understanding and respect for its purpose.

You are invited to arrive exactly as you are…bring your shit and your shame, your tears, your broken hearts, your fears, your loathing and love and exhale it into this space to witness an energy much different than what you came with.
