I am Celeste Rose…

founder of  THE BODY MAP” method which has been developed and tested to guide you through the wild fires of anxiety and the heavy weight of burnout.

A large and missing piece to understanding and feeling through both of these states is education.

Thankfully, this is quickly shifting and coming to the forefront of understanding how we feel through these challenges. “THE BODY MAP” combines Transformational Education with body-based practices rooted in Nervous System Intelligence, Shadow Work, Cold Therapy and Heart Coherence. You’ll find a lot of science and a lot of soul in a balanced union that uses our body’s wisdom to feel through stress, anxiety and burnout.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Working 1:1 is a powerful experience that allows you to share, explore and understand your feelings in an intimate, trauma-sensitive and brave space. Your session will include: biofeedback, breathwork, vagus nerve toning, daily breathwork strategies for change, CO2 tolerance training and intuitive practice.

NERVOUS SYSTEM RESEST RETREATS

All classes and gatherings are created to witness the power of Group Intention. This collective intention harnesses the power to heal both you and others simultaneously as we work together on the challenges we all face. The classes and gatherings allow the time and devotion we need to deepen our work, our self-awareness and to witness ourselves in our full potential.

You’re the host! Gather with kin for a “Healing Social” – a new kind of way to hang out and tune in.
